1. We take maximum five assignments per day on first cum first serve basis.
2. For date booking a sum of rupees ten/twenty thousand to be deposited in advance (depending upon the strength of the party).
3. 75% of the remaining amount is to be paid at least 15 days before the party.
4. Balance 25 % to be paid on the day of the function.
5. Final menu & strength is to be confirmed by the party at least 7 days in advance.
6. The party shall have to provide us with all necessary furniture, table, clothes etc.
7. The party concerned shall have to arrange for water supply & electricity at the cooking shed / dining area provided to us.
8. Rates are based on per plate on a minimum headcount of 250.
9. The minimum cancellation charge is 25% of the estimated bill. This will increase to 50% within fourteen days of the event, and 100% with seven days.
